Сегодня в Москве временно исполняющий обязанности Главы Кабардино-Балкарии Юрий Коков  примет участие в  торжественном заседании, посвященном 20-летию Конституции РФ и Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации.

Заседание обеих палат российского парламента  и Совета законодателей Российской Федерации состоится в Государственном академическом Большом театре.
Заседание откроет председатель Конституционного суда Валерий Зорькин, выступят председатель Совета Федерации Валентина Матвиенко и председатель Государственной Думы Сергей Нарышкин.
Доклад Валентины Матвиенко будет посвящен конституционным основам современной российской государственности, роли Совета Федерации в совершенствовании политической системы страны, повышении качества законодательной деятельности, гармонизации отношений федерального центра и регионов.
В торжественном заседании примут участие представители администрации президента РФ и правительства РФ, главы исполнительных и законодательных органов власти и бывшие члены Совета Федерации.

Yury Kokov will attend a solemn meetingdedicatedto the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation

Today in Moscow, the acting Head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic Yury Kokov will attend the solemn meeting dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Constitution and the Federal Assembly of the RF.

Meeting of both chambers of the Russian parliament and Board of Legislators of the Russian Federation will take place in the State academic Bolshoi Theater.

The meeting will be opened by the chairman of the Constitutional court Valery Zorkin. Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko and Chairman of the State Duma Sergey Naryshkin will give a speech.Matviyenko's report will be devoted to the constitutional foundations of modern Russian statehood, the role of the Federation Council in improvement of political system of the country, improvement of quality of legislative activity, and harmonization of relations between the federal center and regions.The solemn meeting will be also attended by representatives of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, heads of executive and legislative authorities and former members of the Federation Council.
